We were honoured to rebrand the iconic East Vancouver pub, East Side Craft House. 

The design elements were carefully crafted to evoke feelings of honesty, friendliness, reliability, and an environment that will always be what you know it to be. 
We aimed to celebrate the brand’s heritage while being careful not to alienate its loyal clientele of older, working men by making something too modern or manicured.
East Side Craft House is not a super trendy hipster bar, it’s an honest pub, and it’s great at being just that. 

The responsively designed logo suite features classic yet sturdy custom lettering to elicit a sense of tradition and authenticity.

The illustrations are hand drawn in a traditional, rendered, slightly industrial style. We chose to make a feature of the iconic lamppost outside the pub as it is a great beacon-esque symbol for East Side Craft House.
